About traceless
We are a young company - with a big vision: a future free of pollution and waste! At traceless, we engineer advanced biomaterials that integrate into nature's biological cycle without leaving a trace. Our innovative technology allows us to produce biomaterials from plant residues that are naturally compostable and holistically sustainable. Now we need to scale-up our production to replace as much plastic and bioplastic as possible with our materials - and that's where you come in!
About the position
As an expert in automation technology, you will help us to scale up our technology from our pilot plant to an industrial plant. With your experience in plant automatization with SIMATIC PCS7, you help us to find innovative technical solutions to establish traceless as the market leader for compostable bio materials.

Plan and engineer automation projects for Plant engineering and parts of supply technology

Program SIMATIC PCS7 process control systems and visualization systems based on P&ID and functional description of in-house engineering

Verify the correct electrical installation on site / field and cabinet

Commissioning of automation on site

Training of electrical maintenance group on site

Conceptual design of automation systems for future plants
Your qualification
-
You are an engineering or technician in electronics with at least 3 years experience in plant process automation

You have experience with automatization in the processing industry

You are also practically minded and do not shy away from getting your hands dirty

You have experience in managing projects independently and are not afraid of tricky challenges

You think innovatively & solution-oriented, are a team player and have a sense of humor

You are proficient in both spoken and written English and German

Die Stelle:
Als Experte für Automatisierungstechnik hilfst du uns, unsere Technologie von der Pilotanlage auf eine Industrieanlage zu skalieren. Mit Deiner Erfahrung in der Anlagenautomatisierung mit SIMATIC PCS7 hilfst Du uns, innovative technische Lösungen zu finden, um traceless als Marktführer für kompostierbare Biostoffe zu etablieren.

planst und projektierst Automatisierungsprojekte für den Anlagenbau und Teile der Versorgungstechnik

programmierst SIMATIC PCS7 Prozessleitsysteme und Visualisierungssysteme auf Basis von R&I Fließbildern und Funktionsbeschreibungen des hausinternen Engineerings

überprüfst die korrekte elektrische Installation vor Ort / Feld und Schaltschrank
-
setzt die Automatisierung vor Ort in Betrieb
-
schulst die elektrischen Instandhaltungs-Gruppen vor Ort
-
konzeptionierst Automatisierungssystemen für zukünftige Traceless Produktionsanlagen
Deine Qualifikation
-
Du bist Ingenieur oder Techniker der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik mit mindestens 3 Jahren Erfahrung in der Prozessautomatisierung von Anlagen

Du hast Erfahrung mit Automatisierungssystemen in der Prozessindustrie

Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität und scheust dich nicht davor mit anzupacken

Du hast Erfahrungen im eigenständigen Management von Anlagenbau-Projekten und scheust auch knifflige Herausforderungen nicht

Du denkst innovativ, bist offen, ein*e Team Player*in und hast Humor

Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich)
