Do you want to help us solve the global plastic pollution? You want to help align the big picture strategy with the day-to-day financial operations of a fast-growing start-up and drive the development of our financing strategy, working closely with the company management and our investors? You’re looking for an opportunity to grow alongside an ambitious start-up and take on responsibility from a finance perspective to bring our holistically sustainable plastic alternative to market? Then we are looking for you!

85% of all plastics ever produced are still in landfills or swimming in our oceans. As they are not compostable there, they lead to serious environmental and marine pollution. Consumers, industry, and politics are looking for solutions - we have one! At traceless materials we have developed an innovative technology to produce a home compostable biomaterial from agricultural residues, which can substitute plastics in products that potentially end up in nature, avoiding plastic pollution. Our products are 100% bio-based, do not compete with food production, are fully compostable under natural composting conditions, have up to 87% lower CO2 emissions and are competitive in quality and price. And this is where you come in!

As a Finance Manager you will help us to develop and implement the financial strategy to bring traceless materials to market quickly and successfully. You will work closely with the management team supporting them in all things finance related - from high level strategic decisions influencing the future direction of the company to daily operational tasks, assuring the company vision is aligned with its operational needs.
