We help to solve the global plastic problem! Wanna join us?

We are looking for a social media and sustainability enthusiast to help us produce exciting and engaging content and campaigns for our social media channels. We want to let the world know about our holistically sustainable material alternative to conventional plastic and bioplastic and let everyone become a part of our journey. Are you interested in helping to further build an ambitious start-up and global brand with the mission to solve the global plastic pollution? Then we are looking for you!

About traceless:

Did you know 85% of the plastics produced worldwide since 1950 are still in landfills or swimming in the oceans? As they are not compostable, they cause long-term environmental and marine pollution. Their production from mostly fossil raw materials causes lasting damage to our climate. Consumers, industry, and politics are looking for a solution - traceless has one!

traceless materials is a young company - with huge potential! We have developed an innovative technology to produce a novel, advanced biomaterial from agricultural residues, which can substitute plastics in products that potentially end up in nature. Our products are 100% bio-based, do not compete with food production, are fully home compostable, have up to 87% lower CO2 emissions and are competitive in quality and price.

So, the solution is there, and now it is time to let the world know about it – and that is where you come in!

You:

  • help in the execution of social media marketing campaigns from start to finish, working closely together with the entire team, creating content for our social media accounts, blog, website, applications, pitches, events…

  • create original and engaging visual and written social media content for our different channels

  • analyse current trends, hashtags, analytics and page performance to hereby get insight in what content appeals to our audience and how our content is performing

Technical requirements:

  • You are a BSc/MSc student with excellent grades in marketing, communication, business or the like and ideally experience in the sustainability space

  • are creative and able to support us in creating visual and written content – ideally photos as well as graphics and engaging texts – that go in line with our corporate design

  • have experience in the creation and editing of short videos and maybe even animations

  • are highly proficient in both spoken and written English, other languages (German especially) are a plus

  • have experience in managing social media accounts and influencer marketing (Instagram, LinkedIn) and ideally first experience in how to use data to optimize our approach

  • are a master in brand consistency with an eye for detail - you ensure the consistency of tone and style with which we address our followers across all channels

Personal requirements:

  • You are a team player with an ability to communicate directly and to the point and would like to develop traceless together with us into a worldwide player on the sustainable plastic substitutes market

  • You have entrepreneurial spirit, are reliable and keen to work in a start-up - with everything that includes

  • You belief in the potential of traceless and have advanced knowledge about the global plastic pollution

  • You're down-to-earth, direct, reliable, innovative, open and have a sense of humour

At traceless you will work with passionate experts who aim to bring the solution to the worldwide plastic problem to market. You will help shape the growth of our start-up at first hand and gain a diverse insight into all areas of the company, while learning new, exciting stuff about the plastic revolution and start-up world.
