Wir sind ein junges Unternehmen - mit einer großen Vision: einer Zukunft frei von Verschmutzung und Abfall! Dafür entwickeln wir neuartige Biomaterialien, die sich in den biologischen Kreislauf der Natur integrieren, ohne Spuren zu hinterlassen. Mit unserer innovativen Technologie stellen wir aus pflanzlichen Reststoffen unsere traceless® Materialien her, die natürlich kompostierbar und ganzheitlich nachhaltig sind. Jetzt wollen wir unsere Produktion ausbauen, sodass wir mit unseren Materialien möglichst viel Kunststoff und Biokunststoff ersetzen können - und hier kommst Du ins Spiel!
Über die Stelle
Als Instandhaltungskoordinator:in (w/m/x) ergänzt Du unser Team zum Betrieb unserer Pilotanlage und planst mit uns Wartung und Instandhaltung unserer ersten Industrieproduktion. Dabei packst du selbst mit an oder koordinierst externe Dienstleister. Zu Beginn unterstützt Du beim Betrieb der Pilotanlage und übernimmst deren Wartung. Außerdem hilfst du bei der Vorbereitung von Produktionsversuchen und der Optimierung unser Produktion. Deine Qualifikation

Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (z.B. Industriemechaniker:in, Elektroniker:in, Anlagenmechaniker:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)

Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität und findest gerne pragmatische Lösungen für Herausforderungen

Du bringst aktiv eigene Ideen zur Anlagen- /Produktionsoptimierung und zur Hochskalierung unserer Technology ein

About traceless
We are a young company - with a big vision: a future free of pollution and waste! At traceless, we engineer advanced biomaterials that integrate into nature's biological cycle without leaving a trace. Our innovative technology allows us to produce biomaterials from plant residues that are naturally compostable and holistically sustainable. Now we need to scale-up our production to replace as much plastic and bioplastic as possible with our materials - and that's where you come in!
About the position
As maintenance coordinator (f/m/x), you will join our team operating our pilot plant and plan the maintenance of our first industrial production with us. In doing so, you will lend a hand yourself or coordinate external service providers. At the beginning you will support the operation of the pilot plant and take over its maintenance. You have completed a technical apprenticeship (e.g. industrial mechanic, electronics technician, plant mechanic or comparable qualification).

You actively contribute your own ideas for plant/production optimization and for upscaling our technology

You are reliable and independent

You think innovatively, are open-minded, a team player and have a sense of humor
