erstellst Verfahrens- und R&I- Fließbilder sowie Aufstellungspläne

erstellst Funktionsbeschreibungen für die Prozessschritte

initiierst und absolvierst Versuche zum Abschätzen der Einsatzfähigkeit möglicher Apparate und Maschinen

schätzt und kontrollierst die Investitionskosten für die Anlage

unterstützt bei der Risikoanalyse (HAZOP) und bei der Bewertung des Explosionsschutzes

unterstützt beim Aufbau der Produktionsanlage und bei der Schulung von Produktionsmitarbeitern

planst, konzipierst und realisierst mit uns den Bau einer ersten Industrieanlage
Deine Qualifikation

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in (Bio-)Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Du hast ein fundiertes technisches Verständnis von nass-chemischen und/oder Biomasse verarbeitenden Produktionsprozessen

Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität und scheust dich nicht davor mit anzupacken

Du hast Erfahrungen im eigenständigen Management von Anlagenbau-Projekten und scheust auch knifflige Herausforderungen nicht

We are a young company - with a big vision: a future free of pollution and waste! At traceless, we engineer advanced biomaterials that integrate into nature's biological cycle without leaving a trace. Our innovative technology allows us to produce biomaterials from plant residues that are naturally compostable, climate-friendly and plastic-free. About the position
As a Project Engineer in Processing Technology, you will help us to scale up our technology from our pilot plant to an industrial plant. design the main process steps by scaling up from our pilot plant process

create process flow diagrams, P&IDs and layout plans

create functional descriptions

initiate and perform experiments to estimate the usability of potential machinery

estimate and control the investment costs for parts of the plant

support with HAZOP studies and explosion risk prevention

assist the installation of a production plant and training of production employees

plan, design and implement the construction of a first industrial plant with us
Your qualification
-
You have a degree in (bio-)process engineering, chemical engineering or similar
-
You have a sound technical understanding of wet-chemical and/or biomass production processes
-
You have at least 3 years of experience in the field of plant design and engineering

You are also practically minded and do not shy away from getting your hands dirty

You have experience in managing projects independently and are not afraid of tricky challenges

You think innovatively & solution-oriented, are a team player and have a sense of humor

You are proficient in both spoken and written English and German
