A PIONEERING
NATURAL BIOMATERIAL TECHNOLOGY
traceless’ disruptive potential lies in our patent-pending technology - an innovative process to extract natural polymers from agricultural industry plant residues. This novel technology is environmentally friendly, industrially scalable and follows a simple but novel approach: instead of synthetically creating new polymer molecules, we use the ones that nature has already produced.

The result of our process: A broad portfolio of traceless® materials tailored to various product requirements covering a range of rigid, paper coating and flexible film applications. All plastic-free, fully biobased and naturally compostable.
We produce traceless® materials mainly in standard granulate form. With a thermoplastic processing behaviour, our materials are compatible with standard industrial manufacturing technologies for plastic processing like injection moulding or extrusion. The ability to be integrated into exitsing value chains paves the way for industries to adopt eco-friendly practices with minimal invest and operational disruption.

With our first large-scale production facility located in Hamburg-Harburg, traceless materials are for the first time available for converters and brand owners in large volumes. This first-of-a-kind production facility not only allows our partners to bring innovative products to market, but also demonstrates the industrial scalability of our technology.

With every ton of traceless materials, we can substitute virgin plastics, avoid potential plastic pollution and reduce industrial carbon emissions. Learn more about our product range an technical details below!

PRODUCT RANGE

RIGID AND SEMI-RIGID APPLICATIONS
The traceless® materials for injection moulding are our solutions for rigid and semi-rigid applications. They are designed to be processed at standard injection molding machines covering both cold- and hot-runner systems. With good flowability, traceless® is suitable for multi-cavity molds ensuring industrial production. The processing of traceless® requires lower machine temperatures therefore generally reducing the operational and energy costs while still offering good cycle times.
Material Properties:
-
Convertable with standard injection moulding machines
-
High mechanical strength and impact resistance
-
Good flowability: broad MFI range
-
Certified Plastic-free (SUPD conform) & 100% biobased
-
Naturally biodegradable, certified home compostable (NF-T 51-800)
-
Non-toxic, BPA-/PFAS free
-
Exemplary Use Cases: Single-Use Cutlery, Rigid packaging parts like hooks and hangers
PAPER COATINGS & ADHESIVES
traceless® materials and paper and cardboard products - a strong natural combination for holistically sustainable packaging and product solutions. Tailored to flexible and rigid applications, the traceless® coating adds functionality to the paper, while maintaining its recyclability in the paper waste stream and avoiding microplastics. With its capability to run on extrusion coating machinery, the traceless material is a scalable solution for the rapidly growing paper and fibre-based packaging market.
Material Properties:
-
Convertable with standard coating technologies (extrusion and dispersion coating)
-
Adding barrier functionality, with enhanced resistance to oils and fats
-
Heat sealable
