TECHNICAL INSIGHTS

traceless® materials are produced in standard pellet form and have a thermoplastic processing behavior. Extracted from plant leftovers, they are 100% bio-based, plastic-free and naturally degradable, and based on unmodified natural polymers. They cover a range of rigid, paper coating and flexible film applications.

Material Properties

traceless® materials are industrially engineered and tailored to various product requirements. Manufactured with extensive innovation and know-how, our resins - produced with patented traceless® technology - offer a competitive profile of material properties:

High mechanical strength and tear resistance
High grease repellence
Thermoplastic properties, e.g. heat sealable
Superior compostability according to EN 13432,
NF-T 51-800 up to 3 mm thick products
Storage stable

Processing Technologies

The versatility of traceless® extends to its ease of processing - compatible with standard industrial machinery. This adaptability is a significant advantage, allowing integration into existing manufacturing technologies. traceless®’ standard processability paves the way for industries to adopt eco-friendly practices with minimal invest and operational disruption.

INJECTION MOULDING

The traceless® material product family of injection moldable resins is designed to be processed at standard injection molding machines covering both - cold-runner and hot-runner systems. With good flowability and traceless® is suitable for multi-cavity molds ensuring industrial production. The processing of traceless® requires lower machine temperatures therefore generally reducing the operational and energy costs while still offering good cycle times.

PAPER EXTRUSION COATING

traceless® materials and paper and cardboard products - a strong natural combination with beneficial properties for consumer and environment. traceless® coating solutions provide an addition to your paper and cardboard products while adding a natural protection against external influences such as moisture and dirt, and heat sealability. With its capability to run on extrusion coating machinery, these resins meet the common industry standard for coated paper products on the market.
